Ahead of renovations starting at this Manchester city centre commercial space, we worked to define a brand proposition that reflected the ambitions of the project. The building dated back to 1996 and while not a heritage site we wanted to give Barbirolli a voice fit for purpose. The voice we created was one of reinvention. This was an opportunity for the building to be a memorable and outspoken brand that would communicate directly its audience and continue to live as the space was brought to life with new tenants.
A simple, modern brand identity was accompanied by high quality CGI’s, 3D illustrations, a witty tone of voice and studio photography. This was brought together in a high quality brochure with other the print processes that ensure it was remembered.
